COUZENS RESIGNS FROM AMERICAN ECOLOGY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
BOISE, Idaho – Roger P. Hickey, Chairman of the Board of American Ecology Corporation [NASDAQ: ECOL], today announced that John M. Couzens has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors.
No replacement has been named by the Company at this time.
