CUSTOMER SERVICE/WASTE APPROVAL MANAGER
Summary: This position has dual responsibilities. As the CS Manager, oversees the activities of customer service representatives engaged in handling day-to-day issues regarding the company's environmental services. Acts as customer contact for day-to-day issues. As the Waste Approvals Manager, manage the waste approval program, including: determination of proper, safe and legal treatment of hazardous waste received at US Ecology Nevada; familiarization Federal and State regulations, regulatory guidance documents and facility permit requirements; and manage on-site generated waste programs.
